About Scoot
Scoot operates medium and long-haul, no-frills flights between Singapore and Sydney, Gold Coast, Bangkok, Taipei, Tokyo, Tianjin, Shenyang, Qingdao, Nanjing, Seoul and, from November 15, 2013, Hong Kong. Operating a fleet of Boeing 777-200 aircraft, Scoot provides value airfares, and a safe, reliable and contemporary travel experience — Scootitude. Scoot is passionate about changing the way people travel long distance.

Scoot began with five employees who had no road map, no instructions, no plan; just an objective to achieve to start a new budget airline. Routes were launched, aircraft named and more employees came on board. Office space was set up deliberately without walls or cubicle partitions to encourage interaction, noise in the workplace, and team bonding. Scoot is at Changi Airport terminal one to feed off the vibrancy of the airport environment.
